I have a big doubt about the gen Pam438.

Why some of them has light silver spring bar and others dark grey spring bar?

Are those both pictures of gens? It's actually a screw so unless the screw head is also PVD it will be silver. If the original screw is damaged or lost, they had to replace it and the odds are they would have to use a silver one.

Yes, they're from a reliable website we're you can trade with gens.
So I've bought a rep from Tony with silver screws and I've asked about it to him. And his answer was that it depends of the version.

They're from chrono24. No need to be so secretive with the site. The ones I got with the V1 ceramic were silverish, not sure what Tony says about being version dependent but maybe he's referring to the the first PAM438 rep with the DLCed titanium case.

Panatime is my go-to source for Panerai screws and spring bars and they don't offer them in PVD. Best source would be contact an AD and buy directly from Panerai or watch eBay. Another option is to use a PVD touch up marker to color the screw head.
