PAM438 Ceramic Issues?

Hi All, just received my first rep delivery and the PAM438 was damaged on arrival. Do any PAM experts know if this is a common issue on this model?

Worse still, I had 2 watches in total in the order, other a Rolex Milgauss and that is damaged too, strap all buckled up

Is this the kW or Zf one? Common issue with this watch, believe if you look at the 438 thread you will find a few of these and they recommended loctite from memory?

It's not common but neither is it the first time that it's happened. Remove the end link from the watch and the rest of the bracelet. Put some loctite (well you could use something stronger as you want the bond to be permanent but loctite will do for the first time) on the two parts of the end link and let them bond together.
