Where is the top part? Did you lose it or did it just separate? The bottom part of the end link is steel, you just need to re-attach the top part using a permanent adhesive (remove the bracelet from the watch before doing this).

I moved from SF to Mia, and when i got here, the piece was missing..

Mine did that and I used a 2 part epoxy to fix it.
