I heard Ryan's response is very fast. Maybe I am unlucky...paid last Sat and havent received my QC pics till today.. =(
Must've been a difficult watch for him to get at the time. I'm pretty sure he gets to everything as soon as he can.
did you use DHL or EMS? i recently found out that ryan ems is 5 days but DHL can be delivered to conus is 2 days. i am awaiting my next order to try this out
They are quick and understanding. They deal with a lot of customers, but still understand for us it's the first time. I paid and requested a version they don't carry on their website and sourced it in two days over a weekend. Sent me QC pics quick.
