Pam390 not working

I just recieved the Pam390 H Factory from timeshop and it's not working. It's not winding properly.

Everytime I try to wind it, the winder will only turn about a quarter turn and then not go any further. I can hear the gears inside, but it's just not working.

Any advice on what to do?

Am I maybe winding it wrong? It should wind when it's turned towards the top of the dial right? Turning it towards the bottom of the dial does nothing, correct?

There may be a tiny screw that came loose and is buggering up the works. Happened to me once. Remove the case back and look around for one of those blue screws that secure the plates. It is easily replaced as long as you have a tiny screwdriver, of course.

most prob it something wrong with the winding pinion ... send it back
