I need same info about PAM389 O VSF.
I have seen that in some sites the VSF V3 is on sale and in others only V2. Does anyone know if the new V3 version has been released?

There is officially no announcement of the V3. But frankly, it's difficult to help when you don't provide enough info (like links to the alleged V3 for example).
That's labeled a V3 but the date of release is around V2 timing (March 2018) while the question was posted April 2019. Also looking at the listing, nothing there in the ad that screams it's a new version.
