Nice piece!
Besides the movement the color of the DLC coating has come a long way from the brownish/purple the 386 used to have. How is the sound of the wheel? Loud at all?

Thanks!! I have to say, it's really quiet, surprised me actually, I was expecting a little more noise (maybe that's just live music damage over the years!)..... and the DLC coating definitely isn't brownish/purple, a great rep, going to be interesting to see how well it holds time.........
Considering this particular model was released at all by OP (they announced it but never got around to officially releasing the watch not like the PAM375), there is no gen to compare this to. 
I wonder if that technically makes this a fantasy watch
I just got mine...I sold my V6F and just couldnt live without it so ordered a VSF to replace it. I love the 441, but I really really like the stick markers on the 386...My PAMily is growing though so I may ultimately pick up a 441 once I decide money is no object (except it is and this addiction is not budget friendly)

It was the simplicity of the design that drew me to it, love the sticks!! Now I'm curious too, is this a fantasy model?? Hoping Mysterio will know for certain!!
No it is not the same. Ghost editions are called that because although they were released to the market, there is no mention of these models in any Panerai literature.
It was announced all the way back in 2010 but never released. Some threads from Risti and Paneraisource.
