Pam372 noob flaw on lettering

I found some blue ish spot on lettering.
But I wonder is it acceptable quality ?
I am pretty noob here and not sure about what the acceptable quality is.
If it is your situation. Would you accept this watch?
Please share your wisdom and advise.

Cheaper gets you blue dot, if he is offering a return ask to show you another one. May take more time but after all that's what's your buying.

Well if that's his attitude and reply I would definitely find another dealer. Sounds like he's got titty on because found a honest fault with the watch!

As a noob you definitely do not want to do a relume job on your own. I don't know why we're talking about lume anyway since the blue dot is in the lettering. I haven't seen that part glowing in the dark.
