depends, it was not stated that its genuine but assembled by a watchsmith, dont see any attempts to deceive.

sorry but it's totally illegal.
you can sue the seller and ebay withdraw the ad.
in fact, if the watch had been announced in Spain, they would have retired.
It's totally forbidden to sell any replica, hommage, etc.

As a builder, it makes more economic sense to sell these type of watches on Ebay, if you can get away with it. Most everybody here at RWI is buying and selling fraudulent watches in full awareness of it and expecting to pay less because of it while insisting on quality. I guess what people object to on Ebay is that some innocent person might mistake the Ebay 3646 for a genuine watch, plus the auction breaks Ebays rules. Problem is: I do not think anybody bidding several $1,000 on a watch like this on Ebay does not know the extent of its inauthenticity.

who cares too many panerai eBay police on these forums at least this one is a real homage to a watch basiclly impossible to get without dropping 200k if its well made and as close to gen then I'm ok with it the different avenues to obtain makes the difference most people truly have no clue unless they are willing to research
