Pam364 automatic winding isssue

My Noob Pam364 is not winding automatically even in my winder. I have tried it clockwise and counter clockwise at maxs winds per day for my winder. Anyone else have this issue? I can manually wind it but that is about it.

You need to have a watchsmith take a look at it. It seems that the rotor is not transferring power to the mainspring.

I sent it to a place and they said the fixed. But they obviously just took my money and sent back my watch unfixed. Guess I'll find a new place.

They don't have a warranty for their services? I mean, at the end of the day, it is still a real watch. Unless they aren't real watchsmiths.
