Hi All,

I recently purchased the PAM363 M 1:1 Noob Best Edition from Puretime...

The watch arrived and looks great but I have noted that when running the chrono that the long blue seconds hand when passing the hour hand at the midday point gets stuck and stops the watch... Is this a common known common problem for this watch (I had this issue with a Rolex Daytona) or is there something I need to do (pretty simply) in order to fix this?

I have the question out to the Puretime QC people but also wanted to check in with you guys for help!

Much apprecaited in advance ...

Most likely the second hand (chrono hand) hits the hour hand while moving and they got stuck.
Its a rather common problem for reps, not just the 363.

Its an easy fix if you know how to uncase the movement and slightly bend the hands, otherwise, you need someone who can.

Lastly, dont play with the chrono too much.

Thanks I appreciate your response. I am not going to be able to tackle this work myself (damned shame and nuisance) :-( and yes the Chrono feels on edge and so will not mess about with it much at all...

This is such an easy fix, it might be better to contact one of the forum watch smiths to do the fix for you. Try Marlin, he's one of the best members on the forum. He won't rip you off.

Happens to gen watches too.
See it happen all the time... Even non chrono ones, especially after servicing. Some techs just can't be bothered to put it all back properly.
