The watch is supposed to be a PAM359 V4 (V3 with the updated V2 datewheel).

Am I nuts or the date is too thin?

And the "2" hour marker seems crooked? I mean, the "tail" (the underscore line) of the "2" seems too short.

And what about the "REG." engraving from the crown guard? Is it dirty of something, is it scratched or what?

Here are the QC pics, please tell me what you see wrong, guys...

Looks okay to me I would probably accept. Do remember you're not even paying $1000 for this.

The "2" hour marker is bothering me the most...
And the datewheel are you sure it's the V2 fatter one?

Hm. if it really makes you unhappy just request another round of QC pics I think there was a post of this vs gen somewhere on here or RWG.

Ah, ok, thanks. Indeed, the "2" is short too on the gen, but how would you rate the datewheel? Is the right font on it?

As already said by mysterio the gen "2" is "short" too and the replicas V3 and V4 from "another maker" have the same 2. No worries about that

Concerning datewheel, V3 was very thin and V4 have font improved but not perfect. People are saying that V4 has V2 datewheel, but I think V4 has a datewheel JUST LIKE V2 not a real V2 (they really are different makers). No worries about that, all replicas V4 have this type of datewheel.
Your watch is a correct PAM 359 V4. Accept it.

And there is also something about the lugs. Look at the last two pictures. Does the lugs seem right to you or they might be pushed more inside? Can this be fixed?

What do you mean by pushed more inside? The lug width is supposed to be 24mm so I don't think they are pushed inside. Or do you mean the lug horn length? The horns are shorter compared to gen pics. And the holes are still too close to the edge (which is a flaw from the V2).

I think Watchcollector means the position of the lug bars to fix the strap which in the pics they seems really uneven in their position.

You should ask the dealer to try placing them correctly and send you new pics. Most likeley they are not in its correct position making click with the QR pusher.

I saw that but sometimes QC pics show the lug bars not permanently fixed so I did not give that any attention. :D
