PAM338 to PAM574 ?

So,

I'll start saying straight away that this thread is about a fantasy watch.

I recently bought a cheap PAM 338 (https://forum.replica-watch.info/threads/aus-panerai-radiomir-pam338-v6f.10943330/#post-11279919) since I was curios to see how a 42mm Radiomir would fit my wrist, and I have to say it seems to be the right size.

I have always wanted to have a PAM574 but no luck getting one of those, so I was thinking to buy a light green leather strap for my 338, which I should be able to find somewhere, haven't looked into it yet.

What I was also thinking to do is is to replace the onion crown with the 'flat' ones used on the 574. Is this something that can be done?
Are they interchangeable? I am assuming it depends on the movement as well? Is it possible to source a spare one?

Appreciate any suggestion if anyone has ever thought about this.

Personally I would just swap out the strap to the one you like. The lugs on your model are completely different than the 574 (wire vs. welded), so changing the crown would only get you slightly closer.
