Hello PAM specialists. Having never seen the 331 and I just saw it too late on the rep sales forum, how close is this rep? Of course it is no noob111 but it looks pretty nice and interesting. I think I like it more than my noob 127. Thoughts? Looks like the back is a dead give away but what about the rest of the watch? And why do we never see this one out there?

It's far enough not even to register in the PAM guide. 
The strap change system is wrong (screw in instead of QR), hour markers are too long so the hour hand looks too long, crystal is wrong, the size and shade of blue of the dot at the 9 o'clock subdial is wrong. lever tip is too fat. I am sure the real experts will chime in with more detailed info but those are the tells I can see from the ad.

Pam331 is with inhouse tourbillon gmt movement , almost impossible to be rep ! Forget about it my friend .
First Class Reps - PAM 232 DSN (Rad), PAM 305 (Sub)

For the Radiomirs, stick to DSN, all the other versions are low-graded replicas. And all of this useful info I got from (drum roll...)

The impressive 47mm Panerai PAM 331 GMT tourbillon was just announced by Officine Panerai at SIHH 2009. This titanium model features a black dial, a black alligator strap, and the gorgeous 1950 Luminor case.
The PAM331 is equipped with Officine Panerai’s P.2005 calibre hand-wound mechanical movement, measuring 9.1mm thick. The P.2005 is an in-house movement that features 31 jewels, 16 1/4 lignes, 3 spring barrels, KIF Parechoc anti-shock protection, Glucydur balance, and a 6 day power reserve. It produces 28,800 alternations per hour.
The functions supported by the PAM 00331 include hours, minutes, seconds, tourbillon, 24 hour indicator, second time zone (GMT), and a power reserve indictator displayed on the back of the watch.
Panerai used sapphire crystal to cover both the dial and the see-through display back. The Panerai PAM 331 is water resistant to 100 meters.
Therefore above mentioned means : impossible to copy without evident flaws
The reps can be considered almost fantasy copies and due to that they are not even included in the PAM GUIDE

Not really a big rad fan I guess. I might have to stick with my beloved 187 then. I have been to the " list" but a few were missing. I guess now I know why. Always looking for interesting biggies though.
