Pam299 movement?

Hi all, could you please help to identify the movement of my pam299? (See picture)

Secondly, is there an easy way to 'repair' the rotor as it does not spin quite smoothly and therefore the power reserve is not too best.

you could oil it with drop of D5 on the bearing or failing that send for a service
