For me the side shape looks not like it should be. The corners against the lugs should be sharper in my opinion:

Curiously the movement is wrongly engraved OPXIX, since the gen is fitted with OP XII. It is the same in current A7750 replicas.
The movement OP XIX is for gens Flyback chronos PAM 212 and 253. See the PAM REVIEW-GUIDE.
Since the watch has solid caseback no problems about, and I think we can consider it a Super rep like the A7750 versions.

If it is the same watch as the H fac 288k but with a auto st19 it would be an awesome watch! super rep and super reliable, what more could you ask for?!
