PAM249 CALI LOVE....

Hey all....
Still thinking of my first PAN purchase and am loving the Radio CALI dial with the PLexi.
Any owners out there loving yours?
Which dealer has the most accurate rep?

Well, DSN has the best dial/hands/plexi, though the corners of his 47mm Rad case are a bit too rounded. The "standard" rep 47mm Rad case is a bit more accurate, in that regard.

So best "out of the box" would be DSN, IMO. Best 249 period would be a standard rep 47mm Rad case with the DSN dial/hands/crystal. Do a search for Taiji's thread about his "franken" 232 Radiomir. Same thing, DSN dial/hands, standard rep case.

Oh, and here are some pics of my unbranded Cali dial from DSN on a wonderful custom Savage strap.

And a pic with my former gen PAM210. Notice how much more "square" the gen case is. The 47mm case should be just as squared off...

Does it have a real SWISS mvnt?
You Cali looks good next to the base....case roundness would only be noticable if you had a Gen or 232 next to each other yes...?
You're the MAN with all things PAN.....now to decide between a CALI & FIDDY....

I sold the Cali dial and the gen 210.

The Cali dial watch had an A6497, but DSN would happily build one up either way for you, I'm certain.

No, they don't need to be side by side in order to see the rep case is too rounded, but it's not the worst "tell" in the PAM rep world, either.
