Received PAM243L, the hands and dial extremely dirty. Will you accept it or return to trusted dealer here?

No. They are not trying to cover anything up. If you look at almost any rep in that type of magnification, you will find issues like that. Can you see it from a couple of feet away ? No. Can the average person see it when you are wearing the watch ? No. See my point ?

That's why I read time at an arm's length, to remove that type of complication.

If you're paying $300 for a watch, I don't think there should be fingerprints or dirt on the hands/dial. Even though the watch is a rep, the dirt is a problem that easily could have been avoided IMO.

Edit:

It's hard to tell from the pics, but if the marks are really tiny, meaning you can't see them unless the watch is next to your eyeball and under certain lighting, then I wouldn't worry about it. From your pics it looks like you have to zoom in with a camera lens to see the dirt.

i think a few dollars refund towards having it cleaned by a watchsmith would be the ideal for both parties.

I'd be pissed if I got the watch in this condition but then I have enough rodico to clean a hundred watches like that so I'd just do that and ask for a nice discount from the TD if you plan on getting something else from them in the future. Sending back for exchange is not worth it as the whole job will take about 10 mins...so either do it yourself (it is pretty easy) or find somebody who will do it for you and you ca have this on your wrist same day:))

I intent to clean it myself but my concern is how to remove the stem and re install the stem after cleaned?

If you have no experience, you had better going to a professional watchsmith
