Has anyone bought this watch and how well is this replicated?

I was looking at some of the gen pictures and noticed 2 things which leaves me wondering.

1. Is the chronograph sweep second's finishing polished or brushed?

2. Should there be an "OP" logo between the word "steel" and the fish logo on the caseback? There is on the gen but when I look at the pictures from puretime, one picture with the caseback intact shows that there is the "OP" logo but another with the caseback by itself shows that the "OP" logo is not present. This is the most puzzling part.

Any input would greatly appreciated.

No rep is perfectly replicated :)

If you can't live with these kinds of flaws, be prepared to spend over $1K in your watch (and it still won't be perfect ^^)

LOL . . . I am one of those people asking the age old question.

It can be really confusing and it just get even more so when you read reviews after reviews and to ake matter worst, there are so many versions of the Sub . . . just look at Puretime.

I begin to wonder if you will indeed be getting what you paid for.

Regarding the A7753 movement, it was torn down by 14060, and if I understood well, there is a risk that if the watch gets a shock, the datechange (at 10) won't work anymore. I would refrain from buying an A7753 until this point is clarified.

Well noted.

I was considering this and the PAM 104 "Ultimate" as the former's price is a tack lower.

And I can use a chronograph in my collection :)

So, it is back to the drawing board again for my first PAM.
