PAM229 Firenze Strap Replacement Question

I should soon be receiving the PAM 299 Firenze. I want to change the rubber strap, but use the deployment buckle. Will I be able to do this? I want a nice black leather strap with white stiching and use the deployment buckle that came with the watch. Any suggestions on a nice black leather strap with white stiching would be appreciated.
