Hello all!

Today I´ve received my first replica and, after winding it once, I can´t wind it anymore. Also, the first time I wound the watch, it has only charged the power reserve up to 1/2. Now, the power reserve goes down and down, and neither the movement (It is an automatic) seems to charge the watch

Suggestions? What´s wrong with my PAM?

Thank you in advance!

well i'm sorry that i can't be of more help. if it were me and the watch kept time i would likely just run with it. if you are in the conus you could try talking to katt as he works on 21j's. or the dealer. if the rotor won't charge the watch than you should be able to return it. but to me, i would rather pay a bit more and have what i know to be a serviced watch. as you could easily be sent another semi-lemon (if that is the case) as a replacement, and be no farther than you are now. this is a bummer for you i'm sure. good luck and sorry that this was your first rep...

I have already contacted the dealer, and he has recommended me to tap the watch hard; well, that doesn´t work. Now, the power reserve hand is on "0", and I can´t wind it anyway.

I´m in Spain. Who could help me here?

Thank you!

Maybe stupid question, but isnt the 21J automatic?
I almost broke my watch by winding it manually. Maybe the winding system is so bad wuality you should wind it by shaking it only?

Right, but you can wind it up. Anyway, the rotor is not charging the power reserve (I can hear it rotating, but the PR hand is not moving up).

Believe me, Im trying to wind it by shaking it since yesterday, but that doesen´t work. The crown is impossible to wind clockwise, and the power reserve is going down and down. The funny thing is that watch is still working (!!)

Thank you!

Maybe the watch is winding fine but the power reserve dial is faulty.

I think that´s not the case: The PR goes down and down, it isn´t jammed. Yesterday it was at "1/2"; now is at "0".

It´s strange, right?

Thanks!
