I want to use 217 case to build a homage.
So I need to know some internal case/dial dimensions to make sure that the different movement can be fitted in.

As they usually mod PAMs, I would wholeheartedly agree that they would have the most access to that information or at least the parts from where to get that information. Just thinking beyond that point, when you're ready to make your homage, the others may give you some ideas to get yours further along.

The 217 case is made to house the 6497 movement. The 6497 has a diameter measurement of 36.6mm, so you need to put a movement in there that has the same diameter measurement, or you will need to make a movement ring. The dial is roughly 41mm.
