As for "best edition" that would be 28,800bph, sapphire w/ar, and a decent dial with a fat "6" unlike the pam253 "best edition" that has the same except a slim "6"

Do you mean one dealer threatened another dealer or made it difficult for them to get stock on a certain watch? Just becasue the dealer posted prices that were too low? Are you serious? lol - sorry D4M i couldnt resist
