Pam187 - missing pearl

I just received a Pam187 and as you can surely see it's missing a pearl. Any ideas where I could source one?

I think pearls are a matter of re-lume. Even so, this is not a single detail that can be found. It is worth going to someone who is good with patinated lume. Maybe Natas?
