PAM187 chrono-minute hand @3 loose..?

I was told that the little chrono-minute hand @3 comes from the factory a little loose..? I was also told that even the GEN is a little loose... Can owners of these watches offer some inputs..? Is yours a little loose too, meaning if you tap it slightly with your finger, you could see the chrono-minute hand would move back and forth slightly..?

When you operate the chrono feature, sometime it does not line up with the markers. Because it is loose, it would tick between the markets until you tap it slightly then it lines up with the markers.

I bought one from another poster and noticed the same thing.

So slight that one barely notices. Not an issue for me.
