Maybe Davidsen can make this for us, if he receives enough interest. I love the look.

It's 42mm. They have some 42mm chrono versions, but they are kinda sh*tty if you ask me. I saw a gen of this and it is beautiful. I would love a tricked out one, but I am not going to hold my breath or look at any more pictures of them - it just makes me want it more.

The 184 and 242 are some of my favorites. Not as stocky as the 111's and not as clumsy as the big 47mm's. Don't get me wrong, I love those, this one just seems right, but a little on the dressy side.

There was just one for sale for about $6k - a 98, I believe.

I want one!

I have been nagging Jos to produce, or get his manufacturers to produce, a Radiomir GMT, for ages.

Perhaps if we all close our eyes and wish, really hard....

Oh man, I've been thinking over for quite a while now, which Radiomir model will be my first? Now I know!
If a rep ever comes out, that is.

I've been trying to track down a gen 242 (the 45mm brother of this bad boy) with very little luck.

I would love to see a Davidsen RWI Special Edition 242.

What is everyone's preference: 42mm (PAM184) or 45mm (PAM242)? I find the 42's a strange fit on the wrist, while the 45mm is much better.

Anyone??

I have only tried on a 184 (but the white gold version) - not the 45mm. I would love to try one. I would take either. But I do love that 184...

It looks very clean - no cluttery tachymetre, or random chrono dials I have never found a need for other than aesthetically.

I think it has everything I need - date, GMT and time. I am not one to need a slide rule...ever. I don't even need a stopwatch. So this is pretty much a perfect watch, as far as function is concerned.

The 242 is just as clean as the 184, only difference is ther is no "o" between the "." and hour numbers on the GMT outer circumference of the dial, a small dash beside the seconds subdial and the date and the dial states under "12" RADIOMIR on first row and GMT on second row and PANERAI over the open "6", oh and of course the size 42mm vs 45mm.

Honestly both are really beautifull and probably one of the few if not only radiomir's I would wear (well maybe the base too) but I've never tried on a 42mm so not too sure about that size, 45mm looks awesome on the wrist though....

Cheers

45mm absolutely rocks!!! I really find that the 42mm's just fit strangely on the wrist. Anyone else find this to be the case? LOL....the case with the case.....LOL
