Yes, this 172 is hard to beat for the price with the Titanium case and buckle. I like the fact the the movement "looks" closer to gen than previous models. I wanted a Ti watch and I think I like this one more than the 177.
That 172 looks sweet, although with longer than usual minute hand and base Ti case "borrowed" from LE PAM036 rep...notice BB and Serial nos engraved on the case rather than caseback ring.
I now have my MF straps for the 195, and GeF for 202A .. and swapped out the strap on the 172 for a choccy brown TC - but alas, camera is kaput and has to go to camera hospital
