PAM168 Datewheel on PAM50

It has always been appealing to me that the datewheel on PAM168 looks better (bold and nice). SInce I seldom wear my PAM168, I am thinking of switching it with my PAM50.

Any advise about whether the datewheel for PAM168 can be used on PAM50?
