Very interesting how this will differ from VSF (V2) with the correct polished hands.
unfortunately the photo of the movement is not real, the movement installing vsf/sbf is not a 9010 clone but it is a 9000 clone
If this applies to PAM1314 SBF - expected. All the models that VSF has made whose GEN is supposed to be P.9010 or P.900 actually have an otherwise labeled clone of P.9000, the same goes for GMT modifications of P.9011.
Past models of the SBF also tmel clone P.9000, which became the actual basis (Apart from private statements) about the affiliation or connection of the SBF to the VSF.
That is why it is interesting to look at the live photos of the SBF PAM1314, because VSF made this model, and it would be useful to understand if there are common parts, including movt., or if it is a new watch.

What I am annoyed by is that SBF is again putting out the VSF v1 white hands. V2 has the shiny silver hands. Why go backwards?

Yes, TTF first made polished hands, then VSF began to sell with polished ones, but I don't know anything about SBF hands. All photos above are renders.
Not sure if this helps but these are fresh (approved) QC pictures for a PAM1314 (v2?) from VSF released from the factory in the last few days. It has silver hands. Not sure what is going on with the relationship between VSF and SBF or why SBF released the graphics above with white hands.
