Hello, I had bought a watch on the site Puretime. And now it's not working

The model was a Paneeai 127 ZF
I got about 418 dollar,Not to mention the shipping costs.
So I hope a serious after sales service

I would like to know how to operate the warranty.
And find out if it's ever happened to someone else.

Thank you for your advice.

Well a couple of questions.

1. How long did you have that watch?
2. Was it working before?
3. Have you talked to Puretime regarding the issue? What did they say?

It's been a year and four months. I'm waiting for their answer.
The watch has always worked very well. But it's been a week. She's like that.

The best course of action is to send it to a local watchmaker or one of our watchmaker members. Consider it the cost of buying reps for 1/10th the price of a Gen. It is much easier and faster than returning to China. I have bought many reps and learned this lesson fast from other members.

I don't think it's normal to pay a watchmaker. When she is less than two years old.

You're applying gen watch expectations on a replica. The longest warranty from a TD is 1 year. So it means they expect the watch to only last that long before things start going downhill.
