PAM127 sharp eyes needed - I need your expert opinion!

Could someone tell me if the Cannon pinion is fixed on this PAM127?

What else is wrong IYO?

It may have been fixed by someone but it is still not perfectly flush.

You're right, it's not fixed.

It would appear that someone filed down the length of the hand tubes in order to give the appearance of a tall cannon pin...

Looks like a tweener. Sits higher than the standard short pin. They look terrible, IMO. Proper fix should be completely flat. This looks like a mini fix.

This was advertised as having the cannon pinion fix and since I'm not an expert, I sought your advise/opinion!
