PAM127 E Noob 1:1

I was about to place an order for PAm127 V6F version but i notice new PAM127 Noob on Puretime. I am not sure is this a new Noob version or cleaning of old stock. Any comments / thoughts about this Noob version quality. Is this worth of considering beside a fact that price is much cheaper than V6F version?
