I heard it's very difficult to come by replacement dials these days, but I'm wondering what my best chances are of finding one, ideally rep dial but would also consider gen dials.

I don't think anyone is selling a rep dial for PAM112 right now. Even the PAM112, or PAM176 itself has not been produced for several years, so I would not count on buying a new one anywhere.
As for gen dials, everything has been the same for many years now: there is no specific scheme of work, and gen details are becoming less and less common, i.e., something may appear on different forums and platforms a couple of times a year, but what will it be, when, and who will sell, can never be foreseen. Just randomly find a gen part, buy it, and think about what it is and what to do with it next.
So, a targeted search for a specific dial can take a completely arbitrary amount of time and effort. Nevertheless, good luck to you!
