pam111m stops working

My pam111m from h factory stops working, but will start working again with a little shake.
It happens when the watch is at an angle. I did not drop it. This happens from full wind until it drains. Is this an expensive fix? The watch is 2 weeks old. But i not want to send it back to china.

If you are in the conus get Katt to fix it...it will be cheaper (and months faster) than sending it back to china

Sounds like a simple service will fix it, or you could gift it to someone with palsy.

Out of curiosity does the wath stop shortly after you close the CG lever?

It stops even when the lever is open.

It might just be a wheel is cut wrong or damaged. Probably a 40 dollar fix...

A loose dialplate could be causing that, it pushes against the dailarms causing them to stop rotating.
