Can anyone please tell me where can I get the dial of pam111j ?

I have just scratched mine...

it is hard to find now, the factory will not just sell the dial.

Can you post a picture of the dial, to see if we can use other methods to restore it?

How to matt pary it without hurting the paint ?

it is hard to restore as some of the paint is off already.

THe worst case, you use some black color paint from the art store to cover up and, then matt spray it.

But no promises it can be restored.

the paint didnt come off. Its the reflection. u can t see the scratch on the other angle.

if you are talking about the small scratches, the matte spray should be able to cover it up.
