PAM111 v3 Question

Gonna pull the trigger on a PAM111 v3 from Ryan today. After much reading, I've decided I want the Gen Y-incabloc mod, Gen Lyre Spring & Gen micrometric screw done. I believe for a little extra $$ I can request the Gen Y-incabloc mod to be carried out by Ryan prior to dispatch. I was wondering if any of you has had this mod done by Ryan & does it come complete with Gen Lyre spring. Also searched everywhere for Gen micrometric screw, any clues where to look?

Firstly I don't know source for gen PAM micrometric screw. I have seen someone in reps but always coming from gen watches.
Just in Incabloc-Swan Neck zone you have some tells for a rep:

-Incablock ring
-Lyre spring
-Swan neck spring
-Micrometric screw

Leaving aside other little and less evident differences.

Incabloc and lyre spring must be gen to make impossible the identification as rep. All mods of rep ones is easily detected by a trained eye.
Using Gen Incabloc and gen Lyre spring you have the Swan Neck Spring and the m. screw to be changed.

Then you have remaining not only the m.screw but you have also the SN spring.

if you where to say what is the best way to conceder having a pam111 built. Get the pam111 n v3 and then have it modded or get a modded pam111 from one of the modders on here.

Buy PAM 111 V3 and after some months consider the modds if you cannot live without

Bobbyboo - consider also a Marlin 111 V3. It comes preloaded with some excellent mods. Still not 100%, but with this one, if you happen to find the gen parts you mention above, you will get even closer.

Marlin 111 V3 would offer you the follows mods (And them some) as he can do many things a la cart from what I understand

Thanks Ruski for the detailed information of Marlin's mods.
I really love them (in particularly the Y incabloc, the polished CP, the long screw but all the rest prove how marlin is doing a real watch engineer/artist works)

Do you mean I Incabloc, don't you??

Y Incabloc is the gen and the modified one
I Incabloc is the standard rep one

I got the PAM 111 v3 with Y-incabloc fixed, I regret ever since, the different is $110, that is too much for too little detail different. So I sold it to co-worker and will get another pam111 v3 without the modification.
