Pam111 v3 Dial Noob vs. Gen

Hi,
Here some pictures of my Pam Noob V3 Dial vs Pam 111 gen Dial.
This gen dial has a damage in the sub seconde
But for comparison Great!!!
I think Noob Is a little bit to dark ,but May it is only my Pam.....
Hope you like it

I have thought the damage will be invisible If i Put the Hand but it was to Big so u give the dial back to the Sellers....

The text is a good deal lighter on the Rep. Overall pretty good though

Wow, dint know there's such a big different in font colors when you place them side by side.

Noob dial is very good! The lettering is a bit darker but I doubt it will be that noticeable in real life, unless you have a gen to do a side by side comparo

Yes ,i think too that Noob Is good....
And the size is the same ,they are interchangeable !!!

The only way to understand if it's a Noob or a gen is looking the back side of the dial.

Somehow I've seen gen vs rep 111 comparisons and there's not much difference but in the pictures of this thread, it is easily spotted. I guess the beige/off white color on gen dials are a misconception? Looked around some pics on Google and most of the gen dials have white printed fonts instead of the rep 111 faded color.

I think gen Is not really white.... Bit not so dark as Noob ( or my watch...)

I remembered reading a thread on this in repgeek, thus i tried to dig for the link. http://www.repgeek.com/showthread.php?t=177078&highlight=pam111+gen However, do note that the comparison is made with Gen and Rep 111N but not the V3. If its used to be so close, i ponder upon the fact that why makers would use the wrong color again.

What a shame....only modifited the Color and i don't use gen anymore....

I find the N has got the closest color comparing it to the enlarged pic on panerai.com

My gen dial is lighter than OP's gen dial... I wonder if different series were different? Mine is an M series....
