Pam111 not working. Help needed

I bought a Pam 111 thru puretime it arrived today but it is not working. I wound it but it didn't help.
Did some Google search but nothing helps. Any suggestion?

Just contact them. They are pretty good about repairing it. You'll have to ship it back though and pay yourself. Correct me guys here if I'm wrong. It happens. Not a great experience, but it's a reality.

You might try one thing first. Hold the watch it one hand and firmly slap it into the palm of your other hand. Have had a few with the 6497 that did not work when they came in from China and once I did that they started working. Believe I read it on the forum here somewhere. Worth a shot anyways before shipping it back to China.

check to see if the second hand is touching the dial. Sometimes when the second hand touches, it stops the movement.

Thanks for the replies.
Brought it to a local watch smith they will strip it down and give me a quote on the repair. Initial diagnostic says it's an easy fix seems some screws/jewels is out or place. We will see.
