PAM111 noob v3 crown issue

Hello,

I ordered a PAM111 noob v3 and received it today.

However I have a problem with the crown.

Just after receiving I wind the watch and pulled out the crown in order to set the time.



Untill there, everything worked as expected.

But I can not close anymore the crown. It does not click and goes up because of the spring.


So that, I am not able to wind the watch anymore.


Do you know what I can do to fix it?

Is it a known issue for the PAM111 noob v3 ? I reviewed the forum but could not find information.

sounds like an issue with the keyless works....

I do not know if I need to send back the watch to the delear in order to have a replacement or if I can bring it to a watch smith to solve the problem.

How much will it cost to fix it with a watch smith?

Do you have a good advice on what I can do?
