hi all! I revently received my Pam111 and it had a loose crown so I followed instructions provided on the forum to remove the stem and tighten the crown. Now in normal conditions the crown has three positions:
1. Pressed into the case when CG lever is closed
2. Winding position when CG lever is open
3. Time setting position when the crown is pulled
After tightening the crown and reinserting the stem I seem to only have two positions:
1. Pressed into the case regardless of whether CG lever is opened or closed - the watch winds in this position
2. Time setting position when the crown is pulled
I tried to lock the stem at different stages of insertion but that didn't get me anywhere. At the same time the spring action of the crown on the stem still present when the stem is removed. Any ideas what's wing and how to fix it? I mean the watch is usable but I'd like to have it back the way it was. It's this the result of tightening the crown on the stem?
