It isn't only josh / Andrew or another dealer with motive would tell you otherwise

Fact is the h factory version is still a awesome rep for the price
Noob is the better of the two but that does not make the h version a bad purchase

I just received an updated 111n from h-factories latest batch. They updated their build to bring it up to the same standard as n factory. The cannon pinion is now polished, the gear screws are flat, the engraving is improved, and so is the shape of the cg. The h factory always had the better goose neck and dagger. The only area where the n factory is closer to gen is the engraved "Panerai Officine" on the bridge... Which you need a loupe to see anyway. I am more than thrilled with my h factory 111n. Any differences between either rep and the gen require very close side by side scrutiny.

Have pics of the h-factory 111N here:

Crown guard still shows the same issues though
Again not saying a bad rep just saying noob is better.

There's an in depth side by side comparison of the 2 watches on one of the forums. A complete strip-down showing all the minor differences with loads of pics. Sorry I can't remember which one though.

That comparison is now dated and doesn't account for the recent updates to both watches. Whatever differences there maybe between the h-factory and n-factory versions, this is stuff no one would ever notice except if they were holding all three watches side by side and had a loupe. If you can save a $100 and get the h factory version without having to wait, I personally think that's the way to go. I would rather use that extra money for another watch. :)
