PAM111 Micrometer Screw and Swan Neck adjustment

I've got a PAM111 on the way. I did not approve the first set of QC pictures as there were some cosmetic inconsistencies with the caseback and I noticed that the Micrometer screw was barely present in addition to the Swan neck not being in full contact with the Dagger. The second set of QC pics came in and though the caseback cosmetic issues were resolved the Micrometer Screw is only slightly more engage, though still not in contact with the Dagger regulator, nor is the swan neck in contact with the Dagger. I opted to approve, just to avoid being "THAT' customer, especially being a new customer.
I've searched the forum and tutorial section on PAMs to see if anyone has provided any tips on enduser servicing of these issues and found none.

So my questions are these:

Can these two issues be resolved by the enduser or do I need to consult a watchmaker or modder? I know the issue with the Micrometer screw and Swan neck are only cosmetic, as they aren't functional parts of the clone movement, but for the sake of attention to detail, they're driving me crazy!

If I can correct these issues myself, do I need any special tools or do I need to be mindful of anything in particular as I've never worked on any watch before?

Based on what Ive read here on the forum it seems the Micrometer screw falling out seems to be an issue on the newer PAMs shipping recently, so any assistance anyone can provide would be great! Thank you in advance

Although the screw might be relatively easy to adjust, if it's loose in the holder, you would need to fix it and you cannot just use any adhesive.The swan neck is not as easy, you would need to bend it so that the end touches the dagger. Now in all of this the dagger needs to be untouched as its position is not arbitrary; you move it enough, it will run slower or faster depending on the direction.

If you can't do it (and the fact that you're asking most likely means that you can't), I would suggest finding a rep-friendly watchmaker or modder to fix those things for you. It's probably not going to be cheap but then if it drives you crazy, maybe it's reason enough for you to spend the money.

mysterio thanks for the quick reply. Is it incorrect to assume that the two screws on either side of the micrometer screw don't have anything to do with applying tension and retaining the micrometer screw then? I wouldn't have guessed that an adhesive would be necessary. You're right in thinking I probably can't do it on my own haha. Especially considering that the swan neck looks like it's best to remove before attempting to bend it in anyway....

Any idea if there are any rep-friendly watchmakers or modders in the Salt Lake City area?

Thanks for the input BTW

The bridge that the screw goes through normally should have a thread inside (which is why it's a screw in the first place). Locating watchmakers and modders in your particular area is unfortunately something you will have to do on your own although trusted modders like marlin2284 or bklm1234 are based in the US and shipping within the continental US shouldn't be a problem.

@OP

You have good observation here.
Problem on new (or all current 2020+) 111 reps - is that swan neck's Micrometer adjustment screw is too short.

So if you got movement with mainspring assembly where dagger position is leaning towards the screw in +/- 0 sec's - than you're ok.

Adjust the watch and remove swan neck (bend it towards screw) return it on mainspring bridge and adjust again.

But what if your 6497 wants dagger further avaw from the micrometric screw than micrometric screw can push it? (maybe it can be adjusted somewhat else?)
