So I jumped into the Rep world with a typical purchase after doing my homework the PAM111 is rock solid in constriction and will have great lifespan if treated nicely... I looked at the dealers and since they are all good I went with Pure time because I heard great things about Angus.
The communication and process was smooth as it can get. Purchased it and it shipped, I got tracking number and it was at my door pretty quickly with no hassle.
There was problem with the watch... The crown was unbelievably loose and wouldn't work. Didn't wind and didn't change the time. So I contacted Pure time and shipped the watch back for some expensive shipping costs because Canada Posts is silly. They fixed the watch and shipped it back. It came smoothly with a few little problems on the shipping side where Canada post didn't see the postal code so it bounced around a bit but in the end I got the watch...
The watch worked as expected, set the time and wound the watch. It was keeping time great for about 4 and a half hours then it just stopped. I figured it was just a problem with it not being wound enough so I gave it a few more rotations and then I felt a resistance which is where you stop winding. After that the seconds hand still didn't move and it's been 24 hours since and coming back to the watch it still doesn't want to wind which means it's stuck at the same time. I can still change the time so the crown is working and I'm a little confused.
I love the watch and I cannot see a possible solution because I spend 90 dollars in shipping to send it back and I don't want to spend that again to get it fixed. I'm not posting this to hate on the dealer it's just I need help and don't know what to do with the watch now.
Thanks for reading and your help
