Good question. I suggest you open up the beginner model from toro on one page and on another open up the following link: http://www.puretime.co/product/pam111-n-v3-noob-best-edition-on-brown-asso-leather-strap-with-pre-v-hands/

Makes the screens on both slightly smaller so that you can view the movement from each watch side by side. Do they still look the same?

The beginner model to my knowledge does not have the "Platinum plated Asian UNITAS-6497-2 21600vph hand-winding movement with dagger swan neck regulator and flat-top movement bridge blue screws, all blue letters are engraved then filled with blue ink rather than painted on the movement directly"

Also some other things may be different
- Crystal
- Cannon Pinion is not flush and polished
- Crown Guard
- Engraving on the case back

Another point to make is that on the beginner model, the Officine Panerai logo is a sticker, while on the Noob V3 it is engraved and colored blue as per gen.

Take a look at Ale's PAM Guide and you will see some links to really nice reviews of the PAM111N V3 from Noob - there is a reason why this watch is a 'super-rep'

I am sure that i am missing even more differences but this should get you on the right track. Hope this helps and welcome to the forum!

The beginner upgrade is pretty decent, you'll probably love it when you receive it. Then, you'll start comparing it to a noob v3 and curse yourself for not splashing out for the more accurate v3.

I don't even wanna get started on the possible mods to make it even closer to gen.

If you like watches and replicas and you want to follow in this hobby, you will get disappointed sooner or later with a beginners model.
Save a little quanity of money and buy the V3 Super rep. An almost perfect replica.

Be careful Puretime has several versions in its catalogue
But Puretime has too the V3 version and it is indicated in the Puretime's catalogue.
Be sure you order the V3
Puretime can too add Incabloc modification if you lilke.
