Today I just received my first replica that is PAM111. After examined it I found that the incabloc is broken and one of the blue bridge screw unscrewed itself.

My question is, is it okay to run the A6497 movement with broken incabloc? Or I have to replace it immediately? How much the cost to replace it?
I don't have good camera right now, so I just attached QC picture. It is sad that I missed the broken incabloc from the QC picture.

By the way, it is fake v4 with v3 case.

I do see the screw removed but not the damage to the incabloc. Where is it exactly? Pardon my poor eyesight.

I wouldn't be worried about damaging the jewel or anything. That cap jewel is there for shock absorption. Id be more worried about those pieces getting loose and falling in the wrong place. Might strip a gear or lock up the movement - then the whole thing is trash.

I'm worry too. I have to send the watch to local watch smith because I don't have the back case opener.

I just read ALE7575 thread and found that the regulator lever doesn’t touch the swan neck spring. I guess the swan neck doesn't work in my watch.

Fingers crossed it's an easy fix for you, I was sceptical about duct tape ball but it works!

Looks like an easy fix, roll up duct tape and make a ball, open the case, screw the blue screw back in. Usually when I get a new watch, I open the caseback and retighten all the screws I can see.

Hack the movement first and foremost so as to stop it from running. It is very easy fix from what I see. Use a roll of duct tape ball , sticky part out ( for friction obviously) and rotate it with some elbow grease; it should move fairly easily. Then use another thin strip of duct tape to retrieve the screw. Use red loctite if you have, and reattach the screw. As for the Incabloc, I wouldn't worry too much.

No hacking in 6497 though... so the only option is to let it unwind (or do it directly in the movement).
