Too bad about the HWF version... the dial is completely wrong: the gen 1087 does not have the sandwich dial!!!

The 1087 is one of the best new generation PAM's in my opinion, and I am looking for one used, maybe christmas comes early!

I haven't held GEN PAM01087 in my hands, but I always assumed it was a sandwich, despite the fact that the lume color can give a deceptive impression, and also because HWF makes the sandwich noticeably rougher. The thin sausage of the latest generations, like PAM1086, is applied and looks completely different, despite the similar font and layout.

I own the 1086 and just assumed it was the white dial version.....

Personally, the major problem I see on the manifattura manual HWFs is not the fat cut dial (I can live with it) but the watch thickness.

Then again, they are quite creative also with the casebacks. The one listed on Trusty is a W serie (2020) while the watch was introduced in 2023 (but Y exists apparently).m
