PAM092 Artkos - where can i get spring bars

Hi folks,
I haven't even worn this watch much (maybe 3 days) since purchasing it last month....I came to swap the strap out for a leather...one of the screw bars came out perfectly and installed one side of the strap...however, couldn't undo the other pin for the life of me...then it just turned and turned and then i pushed it out,,,seems it was a duff screw thread. So,,,my question is what size spring bars do i need for this PAM092 and where can i get them please?
Also I guess is this now the only option?

I got some hefty lug spring bars off eBay. Cheap and they work like a charm.
