Pam048 not longer available?

Hi , I was wondering if any of you knows if the Panerai Pam048 is still available. Im looking for a pam that is not bigger than 40mm since I have a small wrist and I think the regular would look kind of weird on me :thinking: anyways I contacted a few of the trusted dealers and I've been told that they can't get them anymore, so please again if you can direct me to the right place I will appreciate it. Thanks
