PAM0441; question about GMT hand

The GMT hand on my 441 lags behind the hour hand. It seems to run at about half seppd. I just got this a few days ago and am wondering if there's anything to be done about this, or if this is just how these movements operate. I don't know the factory, or really anything else about the watch.
