I'd say if you don't own one - go for it. If you do, no real reason for upgrades.
CG is already great and comes with sharp cutouts as the one on 111N, if double A/R bothers anyone it's easy to remove the top layer, and the 6 and 9 on 029 V2 from 4 months ago is already better than the original V1 that came with 'fatty' 6 and 9.
